"Digital Worldwide Ltd. announced today that it has signed a two-year agreement with Destination Software Inc."

Sheffield, England - November 19th, 2001
Digital Worldwide Limited (Digital) announced today that it has signed a
two-year agreement with Destination Software Incorporated (DSI)
of New Jersey, USA, to exclusively publish and distribute
several new DSI-developed titles for the Nintendo Game Boy® Advance
games console. The agreement covers territories including
UK, Australia and New Zealand. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The first of the new titles that Digital will
manufacture, distribute and market for the popular handheld
system will be Tiger Woods PGA TOUR® Golf, which is scheduled
for release in Spring 2002. Other high profile signings include Formula1 2002,
Medal of Honour, Road Rash, Need for Speed - Porsche Unleashed,
Supercross and NBA Basketball 2002.

Digital, having just announced release details of their first four
Game Boy® Advance titles:
Snood, Midnight Club, Smugglers Run and Grand Theft Auto 3,
plan to announce a full release schedule of the new DSI-developed
titles for the Nintendo Game Boy® Advance system in January 2002.
